Cancellation Policy
Please review this agreement carefully to understand what to expect and the terms of our partnership. Ethos We are a positive, growth mindset environment that is focused on connecting, upskilling and empowering small business owners. We ask you to honour this ethos and encourage you to share and collaborate with others in our community. Time Management To ensure we can fully support you on this journey, please treat our time together as the business meetings they are. We'll hold these in person or on video calls. If you're booked in for a remote meeting, please take these in a non distracting environment as much as possible, with your camera on. We understand that sometimes life just happens, so we'll wait 10-minutes before considering you a no-show. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance. Where possible meetings will be rescheduled within the same month. Please note, that you are responsible for using our time together each period. Results & Relationships This is a place to openly bring your challenges, ideas & goals. Our focus is to help you make more progress towards goals than you would make on your own. We'll readily offer guidance & support & be a thought partner to ensure that you are focused on the right things. Communications Relationships are built on communication. If you ever feel that you are not getting what you signed up for, please communicate that directly to Market & Me so that we can make reasonable adjustments. We may also provide you with feedback during our time together. Legals You're responsible for your business results & actions, therefore no refunds will be issued. All materials remain Market & Me's property. Our liability is limited to 100% of the total compensation paid. This agreement is governed by UK law.
