FOUNDER SESSIONS

A monthly decision‑making room for founders and business owners.

Running a business means making decisions that affect people, cash flow, reputation and momentum - often at the same time.

Founder Sessions exists to give us dedicated space to step out of day‑to‑day operations and think clearly about those decisions, alongside others who understand the constants of building real‑world businesses.

This is not like advice from the internet or chat GPT. It's your very own founders circle. Human connection, accountability, support and lessons learnt from the room.

Why Founders Sessions Exists

Most founders don’t struggle because they lack ideas or ambition.

They struggle because:

  • they’re too close to their business to see clearly

  • decisions get delayed or revisited repeatedly

  • there’s no neutral space to think properly

  • generic advice doesn’t account for their reality

  • Founder Sessions exists to solve that problem.

It creates a regular, protected rhythm for working on the business - not just inside it - with people who are facing similar trade‑offs.

How It Works

Founder Sessions meets once a month in London.
The format is deliberately simple and consistent.

Morning: Deep Work
Time to focus on the things that don’t get space day‑to‑day - pricing, positioning, planning, and decisions you’ve been circling.

Lunch
A proper break, together.

Afternoon: Founder Circle
This is where decisions get talked through.
Members bring real situations they’re dealing with.

The group offers perspective based on lived experience - what they tried, what worked, what didn’t, and what they’d do differently now.

There’s no pitching, no posturing, and no pressure to feel like you have it all figured out.

Who It’s For

Founder Sessions is for people who:

  • Run a revenue‑generating business

  • Operate in or around the retail, hospitality, leisure, lifestyle, creative, impact or service industries

  • Are responsible for outcomes, not just ideas

  • Want to make better decisions, not just consume more information

What matters isn’t the industry label. It’s that you're keen to grow with your business and have a little fun along the way.

What This Is - and Isn’t

Founder Sessions is:

  • a facilitated peer room

  • built around continuity and trust

  • designed for decision‑making, not networking

  • ideal for helping with accountability

  • growth minded, approachable & supportive

Founder Sessions is not:

  • a coaching programme

  • a mastermind with rotating faces

  • a place to prospect, pitch, hard sell or generate leads

  • a place to be “inspired” and go home unchanged

I find the space very supportive and uplifting. I'm so glad i joined.
"As a business owner and self employed person, working can become very isolating and lonely. It's great to have people to bounce ideas off and have some social times in your calendar. I find the socials very supportive and uplifting. I'm so glad i joined."

How This Fits With Other Support

Some founders choose one‑to‑one support when they need private, business‑specific thinking space.

Others stay connected through networking and socials when they're looking for casual connections or prospecting for leads.

Founder Sessions sits between the two - not casual connection, and not private consulting - but shared, structured decision‑making with peers who understand the realities of running businesses.
