I kept seeing the same thing.

Brilliant founders, building brilliant businesses - but doing it alone. Making decisions without anyone to pressure test them. Sitting on questions they couldn't ask their team. Going to networking events and leaving with a pile of business cards and not much else.
I wanted to build a room that was different. Small enough that everyone is known. Honest enough that the real questions get asked. Ambitious enough that the people in it push each other forward.
