What actually happens on the day

9:30-10am: Get focused
We'll help set you up for the day. You'll leave this 30 minutes crystal clear on your priority. No more "I'll figure it out as I go."

10am-1.15pm: Working ON the business
This is your time. Quiet space. Zero distractions so you can get your head down.

That strategy document you've been meaning to write? Write it.
That pricing calculator you've been avoiding? Build it.
That brand refresh you've been thinking about? Map it out.

You're not alone in a coffee shop hoping for focus. You're in a room with other people doing the same thing.
And if you get stuck? Someone in the room has probably dealt with it before.

1.15pm-2pm: Time out
Lunch. Sorted and paid for

2pm-4pm: Get unstuck
2-3 people bring their biggest challenge to the group.

Who facilitates

Sophie, Founder of Market & Me

Sophie brings over 20 years of experience across retail and hospitality. She's led teams for national fashion, food and cosmetic brands, then spent nearly a decade with landlords and developers including Westfield and Transport for London, leading on strategy, customer experience and performance. She's coached hundreds of businesses over the last seven years, and runs her own consultancy and travel company.

Founder Sessions is facilitated peer support. Sophie guides conversations, identifies what the group might miss, and provides strategic insight when needed - but the real value comes from the group working through challenges together. She's a founder too, navigating the same journey.
