A decade running retail and hospitality brands, from site management to national teams. Then almost a decade landlord-side with Westfield and Transport for London, working on strategy, performance and customer experience.

That combination is rarer than it sounds. It means I understand what decisions look like from every angle. The founder balancing cash flow and customer experience. The landlord focused on footfall and long-term returns.

I started Market & Me because I genuinely love these industries. And because the right conversation at the right moment changes everything.
