Our Founder
Sophie knows what it's like to run a business that's moving faster than you can keep up with.

She spent a decade running retail and hospitality brands, from site management to national teams, then almost a decade working with landlords and developers like Westfield and Transport for London on strategy, performance and customer experience.
That mix means she understands both sides: the founder balancing cash flow and customer experience, and the landlord focused on footfall and long-term returns. She started Market & Me to bridge that gap and help both perform at their best.
Her approach is practical, people-first and grounded in real experience. She's here because she genuinely loves these industries, and helping founders get clear on what matters so they can build businesses they're actually proud to run and have a life doing it!
