The Social Club

The Social Club is where founders in and around retail, hospitality and lifestyle come together - to work on what matters, connect with people who understand, and stop doing it alone.
Founder Sessions - monthly work days (first Tuesday, 9:30am-4pm) to step out of the busy and focus on your business. Structured time, peer support, and optional drinks after.
Social Club membership - quarterly events, coworking access, community portal and group chat for founders who want connection without the full-day commitment.
Coworking - quarterly open sessions for anyone who wants to work alongside other founders.

Our Founder
Sophie founded Market & Me to help ambitious businesses grow with confidence - after years of watching great businesses lose direction trying to do it all.
Her career started in retail and hospitality, leading teams and running national brands. She then spent almost a decade working with landlords and developers (including Westfield and Transport for London), leading strategy and performance across retail and mixed-use destinations.
That mix means she understands both sides: the founder balancing everyday realities, and the landlord focused on long-term results. Now, she bridges the gap, helping both perform at their best.
Sophie's approach is practical, people-first and grounded in experience. She helps business owners step back from the noise, find clarity and make decisions that build businesses they're proud to run.
Because when people thrive, their businesses do too.
