Hello! I'm Sophie. With more than 20 years in Retail & Hospitality, I've managed and advised start-ups, & independents, held leadership roles in well-known brands throughout the UK, and some of the worlds biggest landlord spaces. As a small business owner myself, and a coach to hundreds of businesses, I have a first hand understanding of the hurdles entrepreneurs face and the strategies to overcome them!
