I’m Sophie - your business strategist, coach, and go-to problem solver.
Before all this, I was behind the bar, on the shop floor, and deep in the day-to-day chaos of running businesses. I wasn’t just studying business - I was living it. That’s where I learned the real stuff: how to juggle a million things at once, how to adapt fast, and how to build something that actually works.
Fast forward 20+ years, and I’ve worked across retail, hospitality, and leisure, leading operations, marketing, and strategy for big name brands, scaling independents, and helping founders at every stage grow with confidence. I’ve shaped spaces like Westfield Shopping Centres and TfL’s 2,500-property estate, working with businesses of all sizes to help them get unstuck and step up.
And here’s the thing - whether it’s a startup, a scaling brand, or an industry giant, the struggles are the same: too much noise, not enough clarity, and a whole lot of second guessing.
