What it is:
One full day each month to work on your business alongside other founders who understand what you're building.
Become one of 12 founders in and around retail, hospitality and lifestyle, meeting monthly to work through the decisions that actually move things forward.
What happens:
9:30-10am: Get focused
We'll help you get clear on what you're tackling today.
10am-1pm: Work time
Quiet space to actually get your head down. That strategy document, pricing structure, brand refresh - whatever needs proper time.
1pm-2pm: Lunch
Sorted and paid for. Space for natural conversation with people who understand.
2pm-4pm: Get unstuck
Bring a challenge to the group. Get fresh perspective, questions you hadn't considered, clarity on what to do next.
4pm+: Optional drinks
Stay or head off - your call.
