What it is:
One full day each month to work on your business alongside other founders who understand what you're building.
Become one of 15 founders in and around retail, hospitality, lifestyle + adjacent industries, meeting monthly to work through the decisions that actually move things forward.
What happens:
9:30-10am: Get focused
We'll help you get clear on what you're tackling today.
10am-1pm: Work time
Quiet space to actually get your head down. That strategy document, pricing structure, brand refresh - whatever needs proper time.
1pm-2pm: Lunch
Sorted and paid for. Space for natural conversation with people who understand.
2pm-4pm: Get unstuck
Bring a challenge to the group. Get fresh perspective, questions you hadn't considered, clarity on what to do next.
4pm+: Optional drinks
Stay or head off - your call.
