Founder's Sessions

One full day a month to work on your business alongside founders who actually understand what you're building.

A small, vetted group of 15 founders in retail, hospitality, lifestyle and adjacent industries. Same people, every month, working through the decisions that actually move things forward.

The day

9:30am: Get focused. We'll help you get clear on what you're bringing to the group today.

10am: Get unstuck. Bring your real challenges to the room. Fresh perspective, questions you hadn't considered, and a group of people who will help you work through it.

1pm: Group lunch

2pm: Optional work time - Quiet space to get your head down alongside other founders and your peer support group. That strategy document, pricing structure, brand refresh, whatever needs proper time.

4pm: Optional drinks - stay or head off

What's included

Full day facilitated session. Lunch, coffees and teas covered. Year-round WhatsApp community and Hub between sessions, plus free and discounted access to socials.
