Hi I'm Sophie
Both sides of the industry. Twenty+ years of it.
Shop floor, head offices, boardrooms. I've sat in all of them. From start-ups, independents, big name brands and luxury, to asset and centre management. That mix gives me a view few people in the industry have.
I kept seeing the same thing. Great founders, great businesses, but little guidance or honesty to tell them what they were missing or how to elevate effectively.
