Then, I’ll spend a full day on-site with you, getting into the business, shadowing operations, spotting opportunities, and understanding how things really work. We’ll walk the space, meet the team, and zero in on the areas that will make the biggest impact.
By the end, you’ll have:

Quarterly On-Site Visits
Every three months, I’m back on the ground with you - seeing what’s working, what’s shifted, and what needs tweaking. We’ll check in on operations, marketing, performance, and the bigger picture, making sure you’re still moving in the right direction.
It’s your dedicated time to step back, zoom out, and make sure everything still makes sense.
