This gives us a clear understanding of the commercial pressures behind an estate strategy and the realities tenants face day to day.

Who you'll be working with

Sophie founded Market & Me after more than two decades working across retail, hospitality and place. From running sites on the shop floor to shaping large-scale destinations.

​

Her career includes senior roles with Westfield and Transport for London, where she led on tenant performance, commercial strategy and customer experience across complex mixed-use environments. She’s also worked in partnership with local authorities, including Southwark Council, supporting business forums and regeneration initiatives designed to strengthen high-street ecosystems.

​

That mix gives her a rare dual perspective - she understands what it takes to run a business, and what it takes to manage one.

​

Having worked within both the private and public sector, Sophie bridges the gap between landlord strategy and tenant reality. She knows the commercial pressures behind an asset plan and the human challenges behind a shopfront.

​

​Sophie leads every project personally, bringing in specialist partners when needed to ensure you get the right expertise for your brief.
