Who you'll be working with
Sophie founded Market & Me after more than two decades working across retail, hospitality and place, from running sites on the shop floor to shaping large-scale destinations.
Her career includes senior roles with Westfield and Transport for London, where she led on tenant performance, commercial strategy and customer experience across complex mixed-use environments. She's also worked in partnership with local authorities, including Southwark Council, supporting business forums and regeneration initiatives designed to strengthen high street ecosystems.
That experience gives her a dual perspective. She understands what it takes to run a business and what it takes to manage one, the commercial drivers behind an asset strategy and the human challenges behind a shopfront.
Having worked within both private and public sector environments, Sophie bridges the gap between landlord objectives and tenant reality, bringing practical insight and commercial focus to every project.
